Artist Booklets:

Since 1994, we have been printing simply made booklets on artists in unique and small editions as reasonably priced bibliophile collector's objects. For a long time, this was the small series in gray called "im Fenster ...(in the window...)", which was in keeping with the exhibition space at the museum's old location with its view to Roncalliplatz Square. Initially, the booklets, which also sometimes contained printed texts, were produced with utmost simplicity at the Archdiocese's own printshop. The limitation of the means has remained a creative possibility: The booklets are printed in only one color, and for the most part, consist of 32 pages, which the artist is free to fill as he or she chooses. Since 2007, the year the museum moved to its new building, the format has grown from DIN A6 to DIN A5--and it still exists, or is available again: with stitched bindings!
